These terms apply to your use of adaptivecollection.net and to orders placed with Adaptive Collections. Please also read our Shipping policy, Return and refund policy, and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Products and orders

We aim to describe products, colors, sizing, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors look. Please check the selected item, variant, size and delivery address before paying. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a significant error in a listing or order, we will contact you with your options and refund any payment for an item we cannot supply.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm an order. Use a payment method offered at checkout, or another method we agree with you in writing for an individually quoted order. An email or social media inquiry does not reserve stock or create an order. We may change prices for future orders without changing the price of an order already accepted.

Delivery and returns

Checkout is currently available for eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Our Shipping policy sets out the free standard U.S. service, estimated delivery timing and how to inquire about another destination. Delivery dates are estimates unless we explicitly guarantee one. Our Return and refund policy explains how to report a problem or request a return, exchange or refund. Contact us before mailing a return.

Use of the Store

Do not use the Store for unlawful purposes or interfere with its operation or security. Images, logos, text and other content may belong to Adaptive Collections or their respective rights holders. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before reusing protected content. Third-party sites linked from the Store have their own terms and policies.

Shopify and privacy

Shopify hosts the Store and processes customer information when people browse or buy. This can include services that use information about interactions with Shopify and other merchants. Information may be shared with Shopify and providers in other countries. Our Privacy policy explains these practices and links to Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future visits and orders; an update does not take away rights already arising from an earlier order. Questions about these terms or an order can be sent to adaptivecollection@gmail.com.
