We currently accept orders through checkout for delivery addresses in the United States that appear as available during checkout. Standard shipping to those addresses is free.
Delivery estimate
Orders are generally prepared for shipment in 1–3 days. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at around 14 days total from the day you place your order, including processing and transit. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. We will provide shipping or tracking updates when available. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Other destinations
If your location is not available at checkout, including Trinidad and Tobago or a U.S. address that is not currently supported, email adaptivecollection@gmail.com or message us on Instagram before ordering. Tell us the item you want and your destination. We will check whether delivery is possible and quote the shipping cost and estimated timing before you commit. Please do not place an order using another address as a workaround.
Shipping issues
If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number. For a damaged or incorrect item, please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the available resolution. If we cannot ship within the time stated when you placed your order, we will contact you with an updated shipment date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
